First-time Registration Instructions

  • You must have a valid email address, and a valid Ranchmen's Club member account in order to create a user account for

  • The email address you enter during the registration process will be used for all communication from the website including event reservation confirmations, and password reset emails.

  • Members only need to register the first time they enter Member Central. After site registration is complete, the user name and password defined by members during registration is used to log in.

  • To the right, enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name, exactly as they appear on your member statement. Tip: your last name will always by only your last name; your first name will be everything before, that except the salutation, and will include any periods, parentheses & spaces.

  • Press Validate, and if your account information matches the Club's records, you will proceed to creating your user name, password and entering the e-mail address you wish to use for receiving your password reset e-mails, and any confirmation e-mails sent by the Ranchmen's Club member event registration.
